Citadel

Announced

Fair-launch launchpad

Launchpad·Elysium Testnet

Overview

Citadel is an announced fair-launch launchpad whose design is a direct rejection of the bonding curve: per its docs, every token starts in a Uniswap V3 pool quoted in HYPE from the first block. There is no curve to walk along, so the first price is the pool’s price.

The parameters listed are a 1% fee with half going to the creator, and a fixed supply of 1,000,000 per launch. Documentation is at citadel-elysium.xyz/docs.

The app is not open and nothing is deployed, so the design has not been tested against a live launch — and a V3 pool from block one means the deployer decides the initial range, which is where fair-launch designs usually leak advantage.

It is the second announced launchpad here that skips the curve, alongside Citadel’s own framing and CorePad’s handoff to HyperCore. Comparing them is possible now; choosing between them is not.
